DIRECTORElliott, his English sense of humour aside, is a planning pro who will ensure your build stays on schedule, goes according to plan, and is effortless every step of the way. He has a wealth of building knowledge up his sleeve and is a big believer in coming up with the best way of doing something, whether it’s been done that way before or not!
Elliott’s strong community focus has seen him ride from Melbourne to Adelaide as part of a Leukaemia Foundation fundraiser, strip off for a ‘Full Monty’ evening to raise funds for local mental health services, and volunteer with our local basketball team, The Pioneers.

GENERAL MANAGER / DESIGN CONSULTAfter gaining invaluable experience working in a variety of industries, Jacinta returned to Blue Lake Homes—her family business—bringing a world of knowledge and innovation with her.
From the moment you walk through our door until you get your keys and are walking through your own, you’ll find working with Jacinta to be an exceptional and enjoyable experience. Just like her father, her drive and determination to deliver exceptional service to every customer is second to none.
Jacinta loves getting involved with the local community. Among other things, she’s a member of the Pioneers Basketball Club and is the Chairperson of the Limestone Coast Women in Business and Regional Development Board.

NEW HOME CONSULTANTWith over 25 years’ experience with Blue Lake Homes in a variety of roles, Bronwyn has the knowledge of construction and design to make her an unparalleled resource when it comes to constructing your home. She’ll be your go-to person for any questions you have during the pre-construction phase, and will help you ensure your dream home becomes a reality.
When she’s not talking all things building, you’ll probably find this born and bred Mount Gambier local floating around the East Gambier Netball Club. She’s been the Club President for the last 14 years and was their secretary for eight years before that.

ADMINISTRATION / SUPPORTMel is absolutely dedicated to all things administration when it comes to your new home. From preparing your council and finance approvals to keeping the lines of communication completely open with you throughout the process, Mel makes sure the transition between the pre-construction and construction phases of your build is absolutely seamless.
A Limestone Coast local (she grew up in Millicent), Mel loves dancing (she used to teach!), her Border Collie X Kelpie Clio, and absolutely everything to do with Christmas.

CONSTRUCTION AND PURCHASING ASSISTANTAssisting Elliott with all things Construction, from purchasing to scheduling, Jess is an integral part of our construction team.
When she isn’t at work she is spending time with her 3 boys, when she is not around her boys you’ll find her with a glass of red in her hand with her friends.
Recently relocated to Port MacDonnell where she enjoys long walks along the beach with her Dog Wally
